From the onset, I have never been one to make predictions on ‘future’ share prices as, my connections don’t go that high! However, I thought for once I might put my thoughts to paper so here goes!

Assuming a repeat of the 2011 price of SVL, if Silver again at $50

Top share price SVL = $10.79 in 2011. With est SVL shares on offer at that time = 100M
Share price SVL today = 0.24 est SVL shares = 1062M
That would put the equivalent 2011 high price of $10 79 at a $1.14 today.

    However………………….

    1. Since 2011, the total dollars available globally has doubled from say $10T to $20T (possibly a lot more) so that puts my (top) share price to $2.24

    2. The proven in ground silver reserve in the last 10 x years has also doubled – in my very lose estimate!.............. so let’s factor in an additional $1 for the increase in known reserves. That pushes my est = $3.24

    3. The proven amount of silver available globally for investment and commercial use has decreased substantially since 2011, creating an increase in demand.

    4. Global access to equities trading platforms like RobinHood and a host of FX trading platforms that cover many diverse currency and commodities markets, has created a larger trader pool of better and quicker informed investors and day traders.

    5. Interaction between traders via the likes of Reddit, Twitter and multiple online trading forums enables a more educated a quicker responding trader in all markets. The FOMO effect is therefore multiplied that creates a greater volatility in the value of price swings over shorter periods of time.

    6. In the last 10 years we have experienced the creation of a totally new currency system through the advent of Bitcoin and the now 8,000+ different crypto currencies. This has not only created an additional global funding pool of about $1T, it has created 100,000’s of new computer savvy traders.

Considering the increased positive share price impact of the above items (3-6), I would allocate an additional $1.74 to round my top price estimate up to $5/SVL share.

Now some would say that a market cap of $5+Billion for this non-producing company, is a bit of a stretch – and I agree. But have a look at the nonsensical world we live in, where almost anything is ‘justifiable’ and accepted with little question.

The next few months will be epic. The price of silver will make your eyes water in total disbelief!
    Be prepared!
