You can almost count on it, there seems to be a smash every time silver gets near $28, the cartel must have big margin calls when the price exceeds that level. So unless we slice straight through that level ($27.80-28.20) look for a smash and they will try to take it back to sub $27.
Who knows if it will be success full? The SP could drop to 25c maybe ?? If you are trying to time it... If we smash through $28 the SP will be over 30c though
