I'll add my own personal experience to the shortage discussion.
In the last few months I've been buying small amounts of silver.
The first time I did this the dealer said there was a 1 month wait but managed to find me a few 1kg bars that I eventually purchased.
Yesterday I tried to purchase any silver as bars from the same place and everything is now out to 6 weeks delivery.
Give them your money for 6 weeks and hope for the best.
In these volatile times I wonderhow that will play out.
If there isn't a silver shortage why is it six weeks just to get a piddling kg bar of silver ?
As for other sizes good luck from my research.
