    Yes....MAJOR Technical indicators have now been breached! Silver now at $38.70 and should reach $40 by next week.

    The major funds are going to be sitting up and taking notice. Do not let the capping of the stock fool you, in my opinion. JP Morgan has already been aggressively taking positions in all other silver stocks and sits on the top 20 on SVL too.
