As for scratching ...nah...its pretty hardy stuff..as long as you dont gouge chunks out of it thereby altering the weight..no probs there. As for the Perth Mint silver..every bar is stamped with the mints logo..the weight and fineness.Perth Mint is recognized as one of the world best and ifyour bars bear their stamp you will not have any problems.
