Being a silver bull perhaps I should not be replying to your post since you were asking for the bears to share their thoughts.
Anyway - the price of silver should have a bright future - once the spot price get too much for all the silver shorts and they have to go for cover.
With COMEX silver stock down ~30% last month life of a short seller must be uncomfortable.
~US$350M would buy the 73Mil/oz stockpile - small change for Buffett should he increase his silver holding.
