Email to AYN (but again no reply, or to any email)
If I find out AYN has gone back into highly risky debt to pay director salaries, I will consider a complaint to ASIC or class action against AYN, to stop directors risking losing our company.
I am happy to support the new share issue, providing:
1) new issue pays off any outstanding debts
2) assuming AYN is not profitable at current silver prices (because it wasn't at $30+/oz), further debt must be avoided at all costs, especially if income from sales is less than costs (including salary of directors and staff), where it better to mothball whole company until silver price rises enough, which I am confident it will in time.
