Trouble is they have to raise a minimum of $50mil(and probably closer to $70mil if Anglo has to be paid out) for working capital and that is going to be easier to raise in the Canadian market than here as it's speculative money - you'll find that ASL and Sun Silver raised much less when they floated before having a larger raise after initial results.
