They know the day before what's coming, so they price in the move. This is a heathly holding pattern ,that green line 9DMA needs to catch up a bit ,than we expload to the upside. We also need this Upper Bollinger band to open up a bit. Technically i dont see any downside risk. I wonder what happen to the buy back? Gold and silver have open higher in Asia.
