You raise cash when the opportunity presents itself and that opportunity is coming up. A renouncable offers allows holders to sell their rights on market . The market will be eager for any pure play silver deal and my past experience trading silver pure plays in silver bull markets makes me confident of a 5 to 10 times upside. This only happens every 10 years!
I think KCN should just focus on Thailand which has exceptional exploration upside long term .
