... yeah, good point Tokyo. As per CHF's announcement back in November, it seems that there must have been some sort of dispute with Silverbell to enter into the Deed of Release and for CHF to get out of further payments to them. In usual pathetic form for CHF, there was no proper communication to the market as to what the Deed of Release was about... can only assume, what everyone already suspects, and that is that the whole Bollywood purchase was a bloody disaster anyway!
The 9.258 million shares Silverbell hold, and the issue equiv price of 40c, would put them in the ball park of a suitably peeved shareholder - with the ability to do something about it.
Does anyone know of the terms for the Deed of Release? Know much about Silverbell? Whether there is a rift with CHF?
