I reckon you are spot on.....Bollywood seems to still be a going concern but maybe the contract didnt go to plan and CHF was able to pull out of it except for diluting the shareholder base CHF lossed no cash
If Siverbell does read this message, do go ahead and call a meeting to remove the board. Large shareholders would most likely be willing to get rid of this board that has no idea on investing.
