its basically a turn key project ready to go, just shy of 1million oz of gold plus i think its 5 million oz silver plus the copper, lead and zinc and heaps of exploration upside, i read that PRH assets are worth 64c per share yet the sp is at 20c, way undervalued. Now is paying 50c per share for a takeover really a 150% premium... i bet long termers holding for any number of years arn't gonna be happy just getting their money back, a nice return on investment would be expected and deserved
