some of us long termers might just be happy to get our money back & walk away. I dont think PRH is going anywhere soon, & the consolidation was a big mistake. The current board have done stuff all in the last year, really, almost as if they couldnt care less about the share price. Bargold says in his post :" I fear the slow back door takeover from within is progressing according to plan and loyal holders will continue to be squeezed. " The lack of activity, let alone success in the last year seems to support what he says. Anyway, we'll see what happens. I dont think we'll be taken over....I think there will be a big placement at a discount to about 15c. Lets see if they'll get away with it.
