well, it was not bad. but the rtc cooked beef was way better - and no problems too cook - coz it was already cooked.
when watso cut it - it was a bit stringy - but a couple of decent slices in a sandwich with cheese, beetroot and tomato - and it was a good sandwich.
watso diced up the rest - and tossed in with the onions, capsicum, spuds - and just blends it to make soup - heat up and drink - it all tastes pretty good blended together (so that would include the marinade, the sugar and apple cider vinegar)
anyway, watso has another cut of the same meat in the freezer - and will take note of ms muffets advice ie
silverside Roast" is different to "Corned Silverside
