Havilah ProjectEL8936 (Havilah) is a granted Exploration Licence located 20km east of Tuckers Hill near Mudgee in NSW (Figure 1).
The Project is located within the East Lachlan Fold Belt, close to Peak Minerals Pty Ltd’s Hill End Gold Project and SilverMines Limited’s Bowdens Silver Project (Mineral Resource of 128Mt at 40g/t Ag, 0.38% Zn, 0.26% Pb4). The projectcovers sediments and volcanics of the Tannabutta Group and the Sofala Volcanics within the Lachlan Fold Belt.
The Company also owns ground that covers the Khusib Springs Copper Mine in Namibia that commenced production in 1995, and had a resource of 300,000t at 10% Cu, 1.8% Pb and 584g/t Ag. There is remnant copper-silver ore in the footwall of the mined stopes. The Khusib Springs mine is a similar style to the Tsumeb deposit that in 1986 had a resource of 5.49Mt at 3.27% Cu, 3.53% Pb and 93g/t Ag.
Golden Deeps also has an 80% interest in the Abenab Vandium-Lead-Zinc Project in Namibia which contains an Inferred Mineral Resource of 2.80Mt @ 0.66% vanadium pentoxide, 2.35% lead, 0.94% zinc at a 0.2% vanadium pentoxide cut-off.
