Have a look at their web site....just listed 2014 ...seems IMO like they have no experience in the mining field and MIZ is their first and only client on the web site....Basically a $$ lender from the Cayman Islands... Think about it !!!!...

Why, the Co raised funds from them we will probably never fully know but it's maybe because no one else with mining knowledge such as AGP for one was not willing to take the big risk with this Co based on past history and possibly because current projects, ore recovery productions levels and production cost reductions may have been all questionable.

Well the Co has some of the funds for now, so let's all see if it will be put to good use and they deliver as promised.
