Thorney are a Substantial Holder of Mesoblast whether you are willing to admit it or not .... and they have been consistently for years or are you saying that Mesoblast have been participating in false reporting to the shareholders and breaching ASX compliance in their AR every year for years ....
Definition of Substantial Holder in a company is a shareholding 5% or above, which Thorney have consistently held for years, which has been officially declared in the Mesoblast AR for years - you know it and I know it !!
