If you actually go to spec savers @Sector you will see that Thorney have been an "official ASX 5% or more" Substantial Holder since 20 July 2006.... it has only also been declared annually by Mesoblast in their AR back to that date so please post the "Ceasing to be a Substantial Holder Notice" from Thorney to support your false claim that they are no longer a Substantial Holder or that M&G are the only Substantial Holder .... I am waiting with baited breath for that one - this will be good !! Popcorn anyone ?

... and YOY Thorney have also increased their actual number of shares in line with any increase in SOI so they are hardly selling - just sayin'
