But TESLA were far ahead of MSB in that they had a decent proven commercial product to sell, the problem was one of being able to produce enough to be profitable.Kudos to Mr Musk for his effort in achieving some success.

MSB has at best revenues of $10m and well over $100m in annual operating costs, plus debts amounting to 12 years of their current revenues. Multiple big partners have walked away after reviewing the trial data which strongly suggests it's not very convincing. They are years away from FDA approval for any US application let alone being able to commercialise any treatment. And even if they could the trial results are likely to convince many physicians to use their products, and I suspect their efficacy would remain in doubt for years.
