why would he buy more???
well if he believed the company was on the verge of success (like he spruiks to others) then surely he couldnt resist at these bargain basement prices??? you know, make a killing AND prove the haters wrong
or maybe like norvartis, he's had a peek inside and isnt willing to put money on the line
