I think SI was just pointing out that Mesoblast now has the option to be self-sustaining. A slow way forward for the many other programs so partnerships still remain on the table if made attractive.
More interesting was his comments about discussion with FDA and CLBP

Mesoblast would be the first company to have two designated therapies in the world.
