As the above post highlights, I have been saying for almost a year now - I firmly believe we lack a partnership due to the 'arrogance' of SI .... that and a weak BoD who won't stand up to him ...

IMO many have 'enquired' about partnerships but walked away due to SI's unwillingness to negotiate a 'reasonable' deal ..... who knows, this 'arrogance' may see him succeed in getting us a remarkable global partnership, but based on the short sellers continually increasing (now above 7% and at a 3 year high) and the market perception represented by today's 12 month low share price of $1.18 it is not looking likely !

Also now with a MC that has been depleted to ~$600m I struggle to see a 'global partner' coming on board and paying a huge $100m+ upfront either now .... no matter how good the results/science looks in either CLBP or CHF ...

..... as everyone on here knows I have always been a big advocate of MSB but have always maintained that IMO SI having the assumed final "say" regarding a deal is the issue we will continue to face..... happy for you to prove me wrong Silviu ?
