thinking bigger. how about the potential for fda approval for a msb therapy specifically for myelofibrosis. drug described in article is another jak inhibitor. similar to ruxolitinib which is the standard care and non curative. and myelofibrosis involves chronic inflammation and resulting fibrosis. bread and butter.
