As of July 2023 Bank only $316K!!!,  so if holders DONT take up this offer, they even mention "winding down" of assets or worse perhaps.  So although its a generous offer (.0006), If we dont throw more money after bad, the company could end;  given their track record and its all now riding on Enterprise? and this assumes a permit which they said by middle of 2024?? that a long way off and the cash burn!!  So SH's are sort of held to ransom to keep taking up these offers or Lakes will go bust!! and the first was very popular but this one?......... If Enterprise is as good as it data indicates, we cant lose it or sell it off so the board must be desperate now to keep the lights on with only Recession ahead and high costs as this green nonsense plays out.  Gina pulled out and i dont think high st traders will look at us now?   
Really up against it i fear.... IMO
