Not shure I agree that the SP will not move up with the measured from CQT. The SP has traditionally moved up in anticipation in the past. The measured has trditionally followed closely on the quarterly. Since the SP has not moved up and volume has been low lately it could indicate that the market knows that the measured is some days away (how many days is anyones guess). The difference between recent SP action and previous is the low volume. This leave the SP open to manipulation (whihc I think there is agreement in happening ie accumulation) and CAPPING. Volume will come once the cap is moved off and will then create a interested feed (confirmation of trend) and hence the volume will follow. In conclusion a very successful capping strategy going on. So the SP may well move considerably once the measured is released (as apposed to prior to the release). All pontificating anyways as she's great value at this level anyway Hay ?
