Lol Y! You could possibly say the same about a sports apparel company (ZIP formerly Skywards) having nil experience in communications. I don't know much about reverse takeovers but my understanding is the new business simply uses an old shell for listing purposes because of the convenience. I don't think any of the old blood in management is retained but old shareholders still retain some shares in the new entity.
With the fallout from the commodity bust recently a lot of penny dreadfull explorers have became just shells, providing plenty of opportunities for back door listing for a new entity looking to float their business.
