The top 20 holders had 70.99% of the company or 43.37 million shares from what I could find for you.

Maybe you should research Lydian enterprises with 2.86% before you put any more crap on Zhenya not buying a large chunk of the company. He already owns $500k worth.

They stumped up some cash, obtained further funding and they started a company...
Simple.
Zhenya must really have some faith in the company to have invested $500000 of his hard earned in it.
