The Plan is to be capped at a raising of $5,000,000.
The (SPP) will allow existing shareholders to increase their shareholding in Hawthorn, while the proceeds
will provide Hawthorn with working capital in order to continue its exploration activities and complete
the restructure during March 2012.

The offer will provide shareholders the opportunity to subscribe for up to $15,000 per shareholding at 1.0
