If you look at intra-day charts in particular 1hr and 1/2hr ,to me supply and demand appears to be equalising and indicating a change in trend is due. IMHOOC and DYOR

To me this is indicated by dropping Volume of sales and sideways action of Chart (higher bottoms and lower tops)
buyers and sellers are applying equal force and I still think that we will have another shot at 21.53 and the report you mentioned may be the Catalyst for this move.

If you notice the resistance points I mentioned earlier they have both contained and supported the Market to Date.
