It's all a bit hazy 12 months down the track but Echuca Shoals seemed to be a sticking point. As most of these plans were proposed privately at board level, they are subject to standard confidentiality agreements. Cottee was wise not to say anything in the aftermath of his departure as it would have cost him financially.
