    Eftel's share price has been on the slide on his watch.
    Simon Ehrenfeld is the major shareholder.
    Eftel's liabilities now exceed assets by about $6m.
    Simon Ehrenfeld earns a staggering $337,054.
    Eftel's net profit is about half that.
