"50ftcat,
The tone of your posts is getting progressively nastier. What do you get out of this experience?"
You don't appear to have received a cogent answer. He "has a thing." Right.
He is effectively claiming to be a Don Quixote, for whom Hot Copper is a trusty Rozinante and the role of Dulcinea would have to be filled by Matthew Bretherton. And if you think that's funny, so do I and I'm sure Matthew would too! :)
Alternatively, perhaps this is John McGlue, Matthew's PR flack: http://www.abc.net.au/profiles/content/s1855195.htm
The character displays an odd mix of hack-journo (bustling psychological bullying questions and assertions designed to provoke a reaction and open a line of enquiry) and amateur NLP-like manipulation efforts.
And since he denies any past or present employment or share interest in EFTel, it is most likely that he is being paid to put this extensive effort into assaulting EFTel.
Of course, I could be wrong. Perhaps he is what he says he is. The Man of La Mancha. Let's see if Dulcinea approves. :)
