Well, the reference to 47.5% wasn't as hard to find as I thought it might be.
Now I acknowledge that it is unconfirmed by personal research & if it is incorrect I apologise for citing it.

When will you stop punishing them, and telling untruths to them, to try and get them to vote your way instead?"
... and using the same self serving tactics today hoping to achieve the same result ... last year 47.5% of voters did NOT want the current Board
Over the last three years - this is what the Board and Executive have delivered:
EBITDA has actually declined from $ 3.2 million to $ 2.6 million. A decline of 18.8%. This means that EBITDA margin has declined from a relatively healthy 11.9 % to a poor 7.1%.
NPAT is barely positive at $0.3 compared to 1.6 million in 2004/05
EPS has collapsed from 1.6 cents a share to 0.3 cents per share.
The Share price has reduced by 57% from 13 cents to 5.6 cents.
By any measure this is a very poor last 3 years and despite the representations in the Annual Report shareholders have had a significant reduction in value over that period.
