    The scuttlebug has it that the proxies in favour of outing SE were announced at the beginning of the meeting to be invalid because of a supposed technicality.

    Apparently the anti SE camp were last seen heading off to their lawyers.

    Sounds like they must have had the numbers to oust SE otherwise why would the pro camp need to resort to disqualify the proxies.

    More shareholders money going down the drain in the name of keeping the Boys Club in office a bit longer.
