Dodo have simply become a wholesale customer of EFT.

As far as the market knows, they are not obliged or compelled to buy a fixed minimum amount of bandwith from EFT & given Dodo's agressive pricing structure, it is doubtful there would be much margin in the "deal" for EFT.

It is a publicity stunt.

They may as well announce that they have "partnered" with Coca Cola by having them supply the drinks in their office vending machine!!
