Why didn't this board and CEO not divulged to the shareholders this earnings guidance $1.5m to 2.5m loss was looming five months ago?
Is it because it may well have been embarrassing to do so weeks after declaring the annual profit (which just happens to be about the same figure or more ... much more)?
The five months delay in releasing the earnings guidance illustrating perilous situation of the company is both tragic, and the timing for the release, cynical.
It serves to remind us that over the past five years with a sliding share price Simon Ehrenfeld management still remains a question.
Why didn't this board and CEO not divulged to the shareholders...
