    Well, I don't know of any way that could be done.

    I think the last three years annual reports show the actual picture quite clearly which is that of a company going nowhere and progressively running out of creditor's accommodations to keep trading.

    Currently, the directors of the company publicly state that there are absolutely no concerns regarding the company's solvency.

    The new auditors have not made their position clear except that by agreeing to act they have presumably examined the current accounts and therefore satisfied themselves that the company is actually solvent though they have obviously insisted on the write downs announced to the ASX in the company's revised guidance.

    The only course of action appears to be to buy enough shares to change the result of the last proposal to remove the current CEO and Executive Chairman and what other directors have supported those two people.
