Have been watching this stoush from the sidelines for a while now & the off-again, on-again EGM's must be creating some sort of record !!

The latest call for an EGM makes pretty interesting reading.

Your missrepresentation of what Germanicus actually wrote:

Your introduction of the "publicly listed company" specification is clearly aimed at discrediting Germanicus' assertion by slight of hand rather than fact.

M .... "There are not 5000 publicly listed companies in this country"


Further, to assert that:

"1) iiNet's revenue only grew because it purchased Westnet"

is ludicrous.

On that logic, you would maintain that a gold explorer turned producer "only increased it's gold production because it found & mined gold" !!!

That's the business iiNet & EfTel are in ...... customer accumulation ie SALES

Simon Ehrenfeld has clearly managed to surround himself with 'family' yes men (I believe there is also another relly or two in management) & created his own little private fiefdom (or is that a spelling mistake?)
