the board is responsible for him being a "long standing chief executive officer" but where is the independence in the board?
anyway when was Simon Ehrenfeld appointed by the board, and who was on the Board at the time? certainly since then it appears that he has the "numbers" to keep being the CEO.
surely Matthew Bretherton has a point. Westnet, one of EFTel's peers was sold for $80 million + this year. Why wasn't that EFTel?
