iiNet didn't grow by selling its services, despite spending millions on TV - they only grew by purchasing another customer base.

They bought Westnet, I think, because Westnet are good at growing off-net sales, where that has been a week point of iiNets.

Have a closer look at the figures - without iiNet spending $80 million to buy Westnet their revenue would not have increased.
