Dial-up churn in all companies runs at huge rates, so there is no spin involved. iiNet even published theirs. Any ISP which has maintained total numbers as dial-up bases have drained away at a dramatic rate has done very well. The smaller ISPs have typically halved their customer numbers over the past two years, precisely because of this factor and their inability to replace those customers with broadband ones. Your lack of knowledge of the industry is a severe disability, I'm afraid.
