We had a management team full of fairies and family members that spun its wheels for way too long. Hay brought nuts and bolts action and navigation to the team for progressing developing/producing assets.
an alternative universe could have had Mt Catlin on C&M missing the upturn and still have had us going into AGMs to hear how we can go it alone fully funding SDV, but getting no closer to actually doing it.
Hay is a doer when it needs to get done.
