You're right. Simon Henry is NOT a director. I has thought I saw his name listed as such but I rechecked and he definitely is not a director.
I agree with your sentiments about Sell & Parker. Morgan Parker has recently been appointed to the Board of HMC and may be considering some kind of TO or perhaps even a reverse TO?!
I'm curious about Simon Henry's intentions. Does he know something we don't???
