Simon Loh seems over the last 2 weeks to have picked up close to 650,000 shares, this is over 2% of the company. He now holds over 12,000,000 shares, if I remember right there are around 28,000,000 in issue. Other members of the board have significant holdings.
Now a while ago EPY delisted from the London market a logical move to save costs, trading volume was not large and the compliance costs on the London market are considerable.
So the question which arrises is, is Simon Loh thinking in terms of a management buyout and delisting from the Australian market?
I do not know what proportion under Australian law he would have to own in order to make this possible. For him it might make a lot of sence, I do not know if it would be good or bad for the rest of us.
Clearly he thinks, for whatever reason, that EPY shares are a good buy at these levels.
