Super Sleuth, sorry for being rude and not responding directly to your above post.
You know those ridiculously high percentages that you quoted, nothing to do with TON. As I have stated numerous times before, those highs were all to do with our neighbour. Quite a few people would have been badly burnt during that crazy period - mainly traders, I suspect.
We need to forget those ridiculous highs that you talk about and just take notice of the long term performance.
