Not sure about this 250,000 oppies well in the money for Simon from Day 1 of starting. It like a sign up instant bonus. I hope his contract states it conditional to at least 3 years with the Coy. Seems stupid to give away shares- yet if he quality then maybe worth it. Worth looking into his history, as I do not know the Coy he came from. 1 Bil project managed appartently...

Anyway looks like a $150-$200,000 signing bonus from the start to me. 25c Oppies and 85c Oppies.

Maybe Silica project should be given a value after all, yet I have heard nothing to give any forward earnings. I would have thought Ben needs a lot more help over in the US with ramping of expansion. Does not seem Simon will be taking any of Ben's workload.

All I hear from Ben and others is how overworked he is... hire quality guys\girls to help Ben out IMO. Why burn out current Directors.
