Agreed but the activities are far more questionable.
But from what I understand that supervising authorities such as ASIC will not investigate.
It is left to the shareholders to pursue - after losing their shirts - who has the money to do that?
And your wouldn't want to pursue a serial litigator.
How much did KPR/CHM spend on legal fees over the years. Millions!
Some are of the opinion that if KPR had paid ILP upfront rather than pursue legal recourse to the High Court, then KPR would be still around.
At the time KPR had the money.
And there are billions of tonnes of high grade manganese ore in Kupang. Higher than 50% grade.
