I really do not understand why they did not raise capital and come to an agreement on payment schedules if there is such a large resource, it doesn't make sense to me ... many many resource companies are constantly raising money just for exploration??! They may have had an understanding or side agreement... it is all very suss to me ...now IPL is wanting the assets... and for nothing ... how is any of this logical or fair for shareholders??
