Thanks for the insights... when a company is in administration they can trade out of it .... shareholders have been screwed and they washed their hands with no attempt to salvage... if shareholders were given the option to lose all or contribute to a capital raising together with sophisticated investors and some of the other connections I.e Tony Sage and Co ... to save the company and have a future project a real possiblility then I am sure most would have taken the second option ... it all smells to me ..
